Rick joined us a few months ago, diving straight into the busy holiday season. A Red Seal chef with over 25 years of experience, he’s built a loyal following through his work at the Farmer’s Market, Chef Rick’s restaurant, and Chef Rick’s Meals To Go. Beyond his incredible skill, Rick values strong relationships with customers and local vendors—aligning perfectly with our values.

He’ll be leading kitchen operations and playing a key role in Private Events. Join us in welcoming Chef Rick to the SJG family!
