Krista attended Acadia and Brock University, earning degrees in Food Science as well as Oenology and Viticulture. With 10 years in quality assurance in the brewing industry, over 20 years behind the bar, and 4 amazing years with us, she brings serious expertise to every pour 🫶🏼

What’s your go-to cocktail to make?
The watermelon jalapeño margarita

What’s your guilty pleasure drink?
Pornstar martini - the passionfruit and vanilla kind, not the purple shot.

Favourite ingredient to work with?
Freshly squeezed citrus, or high quality bitters.

One drink trend you hope never comes back?
Definitely the Dave Matthew's.

Most underrated cocktail in your opinion?
The Last Word- it's a cocktail that came out of Detroit around 1910 and I put my version of it on our summer menu.

What’s your shift drink of choice?
Either a pint of the blonde daily from half cut or a pickle back. Depends on the kind of night it was 🤷🏼‍♀️
