Age categories are determined by your age as of May 1st, 2026
There is a 10% spousal discount as long as you are living at the same address, and a 15% discount for any residents of the West Hills Community.
First Responder Discount – Active Police, Fire, Ambulance and Military are eligible for a gift card of 10% of the value of your membership dues before tax. This can be used on anything at the facility throughout the 2026 golf season but it cannot be combined with any other promotions.
If you pay a minimum of 50% of your dues before December 24th 2025, you will be eligible for 2 complimentary passes to use on anyone you’d like to bring over the season and you will be eligible to win a free membership for 2027!
All memberships must be paid in full on or before June 1st, 2026. Payment plans are available.
Purchasing Process:
We will begin selling memberships on Monday, November 24th at 8:00am to our 2025 Members. All 2025 members looking to secure their spots for the 2026 golf season will have until 4:00pm on Friday, December 5th to make a minimum non-refundable deposit of $200. Once the 2025 member renewal period is over, we will begin the process of working our way through the waiting list until we hit our membership cap.
Same as last season, there will be a 2.5% processing fee on all membership sales for anyone looking to purchase via Credit Card. This fee is waived if paid via cash, cheque, debit, or electronic funds transfer. To pay via EFT, please send your transfer to admin@westhillsgolf.com [note this email is not monitored and only used for payments] and in the message include your full name and membership type you are purchasing. If it prompts you for a security question, please make the answer WHGC. If you have any issues, please contact the Pro Shop at (506) 450-4653.
